Tomatogate: Upside down tomato plant garden could be illegal in Newton

So many things just don't make sense. Stupid backwards people are too often alowed to have final say not because of any strong argument but because of the tediousness required to interact with their sorry asses. Can't believe everything you hear, or read online, but I've heard that Sen Dick Durbin, the author of Senate Bill 510 either works for, or used to work for Monsanto...just when it seems people are coming to their senses about the hypocrisy of the centuries old marijuana laws suddenly the illegalization of growing even tomatoes at home is being turned into an issue....Monsanto is obviously thoroughly aware of how completely roll over coward, shit swallowing and spineless the vast majority of the American public is. The mindset that thinks "Who cares. Wtf do I want to grow tomatoes for anyhow?" is the mindset that unfortunately rules..

One day an article will read as follows, and even fewer than today will be alarmed...or broken hearted: "NYC Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly issued a memo to police not to arrest people for growing tomatoes in public view. In June 2012 Gove Cuomo made worldwide headlines when he called for the closing of this much abused loophole to NY's 35 year old decriminalization law. Meanwhile, legislators have introduced fix it bills: A. 7620 and S. 5187. You can learn more by reading this report by Jon Gettman PhD http://www.mpp.org/states/new-york/
