Thats my world...but I dont feel like Alice anymore. Im too old for this shit. Imagin being threatened with arrest for pushing the wrong button? Seriously? And for devoting my whole life to trying to confront it in order to stop it...they accuse me of going looking for it? No. Its simply what happens when peope realize their entire life has been a lie. Masters of Prpoaganda
If Ai Weiwei was, (or (benefit of the doubt) were to find himself) in Steve Job's position they would have given him pancreatic cancer too. The sophistication behind today's "news" writing, hired theatre performers...is so over the average person's head, over most people's head that is... I mean they say they have like 35 security caeras on him at all times, he's beaten, jailed....if the chinese want someone gone nothing is easier so It makes me wonder if this isnt an extremely sophisticated mind controlling tool...keeping it so close to the line of eing real...maybe this amazing man is just a masochist? maybe a trained masochist....its so easy to kill nowadays...when I htink of all the doctors who probably give patienst (with insurance of course) a cancer, or a surgery that will keep them coming back for more....its not far fetched...Ive been saying it for years....Ive predicted all kinds of shit for years...no credit...denial....such a shame.

A typical day at Foresight Family Practice in Grand Junction used to start and end with Gregory Reicks, DO, up to his eyeballs in patient charts–some with lab results a week or more old and the paperwork often a less-than-complete record of the patient’s medical care.But since the launch of the Quality Health Network (QHN), a nationally recognized regional health information network conceived by local physicians, a typical day is much different.
The paper charts are all but extinct. Instead, Reicks logs on to QHN just as he would log on to his e-mail. In his inbox he finds the results of tests he has ordered, most as recently as the previous day. He also finds notes from physicians from other practices or one of the city’s two hospitals who have seen his patients. Some visits Reicks may have been aware of, some not.
If a patient’s cholesterol is too high, Reicks can send the report to his medical assistant and ask her to contact the patient to discuss it, all with the click of a mouse. Another click and he can see every test that patient has had in the past three years.
“It’s quite a system,” says Reicks.
A collaboration between the Mesa County Independent Physicians Association (IPA), Rocky Mountain Health Plans (RMHP), and St. Mary’s and Community hospitals, QHN went live in 2005.
Since then, area physicians–more than 90 percent of whom are connected to the network–aren’t the only ones who have taken notice.
Earlier this spring, an adviser to the U.S. Senate Finance Committee helda teleconference with QHN leaders to learn more about the network.
Colorado’s Center for Improving Value in Health Care, or CIVHC, is also looking to QHN as an example of how to cut costs while improving quality of care. And Michael Pramenko, MD, former president of the Mesa County Medical Society and current co-chair of the CMS Physicians’ Congress Matrix Reform Plan Work Group, says he is pursing QHN as the template for CMS to use in its health care reform model.
“It’s a great model for how to at least get cranking with electronic connectivity,” says Pramenko. “And I think a lot of people around the country agree.”
How they did itThose involved with QHN say it was a long-standing spirit of collaboration that got the network off the ground.
That collaboration occurred, in part, because just about every doctor in town is a member of the Mesa County IPA, the provider network for RMHP, says Reicks. Others say it’s a natural outgrowth of being in a rural area. Separated from metro Denver by the Rocky Mountains, physicians here have always had to depend more on one another.

their willingness to investigate new ways to improve patient care and
efficiency. “There are great physician leaders in Grand Junction,” says
Thompson, “and they’re not afraid to try something new.”Reicks says the conversation that sparked QHN started about 15 years ago. Mesa County IPA physicians started talking about how nice it would be to have one place for information about patients who see specialists or other primary care providers. It was around the advent of the Internet, so the possibility was there. But it still was too early, and Reicks says none of the early attempts really took off.
About three years ago, they decided to try again. The Internet had matured, as had the health information market. Funding was secured through Mesa County IPA and RMHP, and a beta site was selected.
From there, the network took off. Today it serves western Colorado and eastern Utah. As of February, there were 1,569 licensed users from 84 different organizations, including home health care, hospice, mental health providers and the public health department. In just the first two months of 2009, there were more than three million requests of the server.
How it worksQHN
is a Web-based network, so once a physician has an authorized user
account and password, he or she needs only an Internet connection to
access it. The system is replicated, with a set of servers in California
as well as Grand Junction, in case one set goes down.Twenty-three sources of data feed into the network. The information includes laboratory results, emergency room notes, medications, discharge summaries, progress notes, radiology and surgical notes.
“We’re Federal Express on steroids,” says Thompson. “Nearly anything clinical that might be part of a medical record, we’re directing that data, pursuant to physician order, where it needs to go.”
Thompson says that roughly the first eight months of QHN’s existence, before the network went live, were spent working on privacy issues.
Any person requesting access to the network must file an application, which is processed and validated by QHN. Users are assigned a use level, with physicians having the most access, as well as a username and password. QHN monitors every keystroke. Just like FedEx, they can track everything, from who looked at a record to who moved one.
QHN has a board of directors and several subcommittees made up of leaders from all areas of the health care community. About half of its funding comes from the two hospitals. RMHP and Mesa County IPA each cover another quarter of the cost.
ResultsRMHP President Steve ErkenBrack says the investment is well worth it because it results in a better health care system.
The hospitals save money by not having to send lab results to dozens of different doctor’s offices. And when a patient comes into the emergency room, physicians can now see a full medical record, not just the care the patient previously received at that hospital.
More robust information also means fewer medication errors or duplication of tests for patients seen by different physicians or different facilities.
Proponents say the result is higher quality and more efficient care. In May 2006, a study by the Dartmouth Medical School and the Robert Woods Johnson Foundation (the Dartmouth Atlas) found Mesa County had the most costeffective delivery of Medicare services in the nation.
QHN’s next phase includes establishing more compatibility with physicians’ electronic medical records systems, so information may more easily flow in and out of the QHN repository. It also continues to work with health care communities on the Western Slope and eastern Utah to create “neighborhoods” of health information that may then be connected to the larger network.
In time, the hope is that the model will be replicated in some fashion across the state and the country. Thompson says it’s a thought process whose time has come.

How We Make Each Other Poor
That's what Im trying to write about. The little bit of love I have left inside figures if I write the shit- things about everyone Ive ever met no one has to feel alone....a pattern might be detected...and my purpose will be fulfilled...thats sort of how it feels...at this moment anyway...none of it in the least bit malicious....I want to write about what happened to me because Im proud of myself I realize. Brave as I was stupid, stupid as I ever was brave...it doesnt matter...just the feeling thats this is what its all about in the end...I guess if I take a jab at a cousin, toying with them in a way...because of the tiny hope inside that wishes they would have just called and said "What the fuck is up with you..." I mean not even that small effort...Ive been reduced to begging and they all love it...even though they hate to hear from me because they'll always expect Ill ask for help whether monetarily or even just an emotional 5 minutes to not feel alone....people have treated me extremely well at times...I always wished more than anything to pay all that back...but the majority of people...the beatings! The rapoes! The stupid pointless hate, the erroneous judgment...the waste of my beautiful life's time...but on top of the treatment Im more and more ostracized...irreparably at this point I know...its the way the sam epoeple, new poeple, prefer to compound my problems, my vulnerabilities so as to seem like a nut if it becomes convenient one day for them to really do me in....

Yesterday a woman who could have been Angie Dickinson with a gun in her holster got out of a Chrysler chargerish sort of car...I happened to be at the window changing a CD when I saw them parked. Where is the REAL Fucking Mugshot?
I mean am I truly the only person on the planet who wonders why it appears that the Aurora police have deleeiberately chosen to Add to the drama of this shooting massacre by using a photo that was supposed to look like a mug shot? As minor a move as this seems...looking deeper into the smallest inconsistenies is where the public gets real answers and closure...not with all the bs, temporary caring...pretending "We will not forget" chanting garbage...Im sorry! But the truth hurts! I wish it wasnt true but although Ive heard names of victims a few times...I already dont remember!...and so that makes me a bad guy for saying so out loud? Because the moronic public only has coffee break time to contemplate the event...In my mind the real story will be lost in all the sensationalism...
Maybe this is the same guy? If it is I would argue photographs do lie. But more importantly, the point is that no one in the media even questions the fact that they don't seem to be pictures of the same guy. No one questions anything.
They just repeat over and over again, insincerely, the words "we will never forget"... "Out of this darkness a brighter day is gonna come..." All CRAP as seen in the effortless way the reporting TV personalities change gears from Aurora, to the weather, to the Olympics, life goes on....Sure we're momentarily touched. Were they signed for? So many things just don't make sense. Stupid backwards people are too often alowed to have final say not because of any strong argument but because of the tediousness required to interact with their sorry asses. Can't believe everything you hear, or read online, but I've heard that Sen Dick Durbin, the author of Senate Bill 510 either works for, or used to work for Monsanto...just when it seems people are coming to their senses about the hypocrisy of the centuries old marijuana laws suddenly the illegalization of growing even tomatoes at home is being turned into an issue....Monsanto is obviously thoroughly aware of how completely roll over coward, shit swallowing and spineless the vast majority of the American public is. Calling All Corps. AMC Anyway
I have to hand it to the Chinese. I imagine they might respect my insight just as much. Give me recognition for noticing at least-as opposed to the typical American mindset that has me thrown into padded white jackets...cant even say the word cell...the idea that that really has more an dmore become opur reality. Average people comfortable trusting their children's future in the hands of tis propogandic image of police...its been in the making for decades...republican party/ Simply Human Nature to party? Will never know...dont necessarily need to know...oh...so I'm writiyng because I juts got off the phone with the Aurora Colorado police dept. Or so I thought.
I called 303-739-something and thought I was speaking with a female dispatcher...openly friendly, seemingly thoughtful...I asked her if she knew who decided not to release the mugshot of James Holmes. She told me to try watching less TV. I swaer to you, call her and ask her if she didnt suggest that I was "letting it get to me"!
How is it Americans became so goddam stupid you could sell them mayonaise made from recycled liposuction as long as it looked the same. So 2 points for the Chinese.
I dont know what it is. But I feel there is a connection between Nick Berg in wherever he was(the first of the beheadings? Dec 2003 just before the war....the puppeteers are not the icons used to play the community chess games on TV news.

I cant find out why James Holmes' mugshot isnt/hasnt been released, or more importantly who made that decision, because instead the "reporters" would rather repeat over and over again their condolensces by saying "We may never understand..." From the very start convinced they will not understand! Does anyone not find that amazing? The superficiality of it all is embarrassing! Yet so accepted why? Just plain laziness? Fear of boogeyman? Im supposed to be the one who is embarrassed for trying to call to just get my own question answered? Have her infer I need a "break"...loony? Really dumass?
If peopl ewant to "stop" bad things from happening how about they start with the miniature shit? By recognizing personally hypocriys one takes on working answers. Step by step word by word....
I encourage people to call "news rooms" and check out the smug asshole who answers, as they're only used to being seen as a form of celeb or something....I previously had called eyewitness news and some chicks politely says "I have to pass u to someone else..." and it goes to the recording for people who want autographs....so unbelievably arrogant...I tried to show Henry at News12 how exploiting Kerry Knndy's problem for his ratings (her name simply does that and they want to pretend everyone is the same...duh) I wanted to point out he form of bulying the media is constantly engaged in and seemingly oblivious too....he hangs up on me...because he has a "job" to do....no room for mind trusts.
If I ask him why Jennelle Brunelle doesnt edit in a shot of herself knocking on Gov Cuomo's door for "answers" he's thinking Im being sarcastic, when really just trying to point out perfect examples of the foul...this disrespect has neurosurgeons forced to work in McDonalds (if thats a true story about Holmes) but dr's working in McDonald's is Obama;s fault? Really? Stupdity needs to be outlawed? Then the prisons could be in charge of the world andn Monsanto their lovely wife...our new kitchen. Its sad to admit it will happen because people prefer to hold on top their stupid...who's to say? Maybe they should be allowed....I officially lost my train of thought.

Something's wrong with Aurora police not having yet released mugshot of Holmes, (maybe even that not one person got a pic of him at all), and that the guy was potentially set up as retaliation-no matter how "obvious" it may seem to the drama loving American public, viryually incapable of asking the most basic questions to get at the truth (because it might force the inquirer to revisit their own guilt and hypocrisy as THE very reason , no matter how indirect it may seem) THE very reason things like this happen in the first place...people are SO quick to ostracie someone else over nothing...so much deception so much game...so tired...)

Dan Meyers Bullied Holmes?
Something about the defensive way he uses the word "voluntarily" makes me think this guy drtove someone over the edge...THAT is bullying...
Dan Meyers, the medical school's communications director. said about James Holmes: "He was in
some of the research towers," Meyers says, and "voluntarily left that
program."
Parts of research facilities are secured and require
card entry. "His access was terminated," Meyers says. "He was in the
process of completing withdrawal."
Meyers would not say if any particular event led to Holmes' withdrawal and repeated, "He voluntarily withdrew."

A hysterical rumor has been making its way through the Internet over the
past few months alleging that Senate Bill 510, the FDA Food Safety
Modernization Act, is a threat to small farmers and gardeners who like
to grow their own fruits and vegetables. Worse, the bill was introduced
by Illinois Senator Dick Durbin who is secretly in the service of the evil overlord Monsanto.
Let's look at these allegations, shall we? We'll examine a blog post by Michael Kwiatkowski
which ran on firedoglake.com on August 10 and has been widely
circulated on Facebook since then. The firedoglake provenance would
appear to give it some legitimacy, but look closer. The post ran on The
Seminal section. That's not the news section, the one that's staffed by
journalists. That's the community site, to which anyone -- even someone
with a crackpot theory -- can contribute.
The post is headlined "Congress is Moving to Criminalize Home-Grown
Food" and begins, "Congress -- at the apparent behest of Monsanto -- is
moving to make it a crime to 'grow, own, trade, transport, share, feed
and eat' one's own food." This, friends, is an excellent example of
taking quotes out of context and twisting them to serve other purposes.
This piece of "legislative filth," Kwiatkowski notes, is sponsored by
Durbin and his seventeen co-sponsors include "Lamar Alexander, Kirsten
Gillibrand...Orrin Hatch and the late Ted Kennedy (what the hell?)."
Let it be noted that the original bill was introduced in the Senate
in early March 2009, when, we know now, Kennedy still had nearly six
months left to live and was, therefore, still able to co-sponsor Senate
bills. Maybe the skulduggery lies elsewhere?
The text of the bill, in both its original and amended versions, is available online for any citizen to peruse. There's also a summary, in case you don't feel like plowing through the 266-page original.
The gist of the bill is to expand the authority of the Secretary of
Health and Human Services, the Secretary of Homeland Security, the Food
and Drug Administration and the Environmental Protection Agency to
prevent events like the current salmonella outbreak and current egg
recall. (And if you don't think the panic is real, have you tried to
purchase a carton of eggs at a farmer's market in the past week and a
half? It's been next to impossible.) It would require "each owner,
operator or agent in charge of a food facility" -- ranging, presumably,
from small organic farms to behemoths like Kraft and Monsanto -- to
provide the government with more documentation of potential problems,
like, say, salmonella outbreaks, so the government will have an easier
time monitoring their distribution and finding out just how far,
exactly, the contamination may have spread.
The Homeland Security part comes into play with imported foods, which
will be subject to the same increase in documentation as domestic
products.
Writes Kwiatkowski:
On its face, a reading of the bill appears to give a reasonable concern for food safety. After all, it is important to protect human health from contaminated and other unsafe foodstuffs. But closer reading reveals that the discretion given to inspectors, and the general wording of the bill as a whole, would ensure that the larger producers would never have to face serious inspection -- it's the non-corporate, smaller food growers who stand to be most affected.
Why's that? Kwiatkowski launches into a long digression about how
high-fructose corn syrup is responsible for girls reaching puberty at
earlier ages and increased childhood obesity.
One of his own commenters, Rayne, points out that Kwiatkowski's
information actually comes from the conflation of three studies. One, by
the University of California, links increased fructose consumption in
children to increased diabetes. Two other studies, one by Cincinnati
Children's Hospital, the other by Emory University, examined the early
onset of puberty. The hospital identified weight gain as a possible
trigger. Emory blames genetics and birth order. But none of the studies,
as Rayne points out, has anything to do with high-fructose corn syrup.
Kwiatkowski believes that the Senate bill will exempt Monsanto from
any regulations and allow it to run roughshod over American food and
agriculture and drive small, organic farms out of business.
How the bill proposes to do that is unclear. It refers only to
government agencies. Monsanto is a corporation, not a government agency.
The link between the bill and Monsanto, apparently, is Durbin's
alleged servitude to the Missouri-based corporation. This information
doesn't come from Kwiatkowski's post itself, but from a post by Steve
Green on the site Poor Richard's Blog entitled "S510 - Illegal To Grow, Share, Trade, Sell Homegrown Food SB S510 Will Allow Government To Put You In Jail ...."
(Poor Richard's, among other things, recently suggested that Google and
the CIA are in cahoots.) Green, it turns out, actually works for the
radio host Jeff Rense.
Rense is best known for being a rabid conspiracy theorist, though he
also dabbles in "exclusive" reports of UFOs, pandemics among humans and
animals, Holocaust denial and "Obama's stunning march toward martial
law." Make of that what you will. (Rense is also a native of St. Louis
and an expert on the life and career of the tenor Mario Lanza.)
Anyway, Green's article attempts to summarize the bill, which, he
writes, "would give Monsanto unlimited power over all US seed, food
supplements, food AND FARMING" and "deconstruct what is left of the
American economy."
Some more highlights:
It puts all US food and all US farms under Homeland Security and the Department of Defense, in the event of contamination or an ill-defined emergency.... It would remove the right to clean, store and thus own seed in the US, putting control of seeds in the hands of Monsanto and other multinationals, threatening US security.
Green's summary literally made Gut Check scratch our head and go back
to the original bill for a thorough re-reading and then a feverish
search of the official bill summary for mentions of the Department of
Defense and of seed cleaning.
