I had muted the TV before the Emergency Broadcast System test but I heard the electronic ringing in my ear the second the picture changed, so I unmuted to hear the annoying tone they use super loud...very creepy. Even an intelligent man like Wm Shattner can be tricked into believing Tin Ear Syndrome is a medical issue as opposed to all the spyware even back then....
